Holiday entitlement

It's getting worse, he says 3 days is all I'm entitled to.

The union manager and a lady from HR bullying and harassment helpline is going to get the figures worked out. THE MANAGER now wants to not pay me for holiday accrued while on sick, due to the bullying.

I mean if a manager can corner an employee in the loo, call them a W and when you report it the DOM says lets keep this out of the investigation.... What chance do you have with a complaint. Makes me sick!!!!!!!!

Make notes of all contact with this manager and also if possible record all conversations. Be it with a phone or voice recorder or whatever
