Thanks to all for your reply's. A few of the older guys there said to me today if i get any problems then let them sort it out, and my normal manager was back in today and he had a quiet word and just said if i have any problems with anything or anyone to sort it with him... wonder what manager will be in next week, but everyone seems to be moaning about one.
Some of your comments put my mind at rest, so thanks & today was a good day! :)
