Been told that national talks are on going and that there is not a gulf between the two sides, Its a chasm!

Have been told
1. Management instructed to stick to overtime budget.
2. Duties will be streamed to time - 1st and 2nd class items should be delivered, all else streamed.
3. Some duties will have been prepped by strike breakers.
Delivery Strike next Tuesday 16th October from 03.00

I do not believe that I have been properly consulted or made aware of my rights in this matter.
I have been disadvantaged by this change since it (adversely affects my domestic circumstances.)
I register my grievance over this decision.
