Sick to the core, Royal Mail will not enter into pay talks with CWU until BT2010 programme is completed, (yes the one that was due for completion march 2013), therefore why has'nt Moya held back from doubling her salary, and why have managers been given 2.6% pay rise ?
It has to be the hard work they have put in, prepping our walks etc, in order to make efficiency savings :nana

I personally think the BT2010 argument is a smokescreen. It is my opinion that RM don't want to enter into proper discussions until privatisation is completed, at which point pay will be frozen indefinitely. Or until we agree to something really stupid for very little money.
