Going by what's happenned in other countries "private" RM will want MORE casuals not fewer and as we get the same as the full timers due to AWR it won't affect wages, but as already seems to be happening ,we will not get booked in advance much (and if we do the shifts will be subject to cancellation) but get more calls to attend ASAP

Thanks, So it goes up the 12th week you work not 13th? Or have I worked it out wrong?
Only if they have changed the way they work. I was one of the first to qualify and I did not get increased pay until 3 weeks after. I then fought for about 6 months to get my first 3 weeks AWR pay at the correct rates.
