ok this might come across as a go at you, well it is but its not personal

your the rep in your office,

couple of points you have raised recently, Rounds cant be completed in time and also asking about lots of surplus d2d, the d2d thing shows clearly that the walk logs are wrong this shows when your revision went in the new walks were not checked for accuracy on aplus by the rep and if they were they were not done properly

you are now complaining about a running reserve trying to make up time,

You shafted the reserves by not insisting on their 1 in 4 Saturdays off during the implementation of the revision, now after that one of them is running and trying to make a bit of time to get finished a bit earlier, now i dont condone that but coupled with the fact you shafted him for his 1 in 4 saturdays by not doing your job properly then you should at least give the guy a break

your members in your shared office are not happy that the other section is getting finished earlier after their revision, they had a separate rep who has apparently done a good job on their revision, you wanted their members to do your sections work, you messed up your revision its not their job to dig you out, if your members are unhappy its your fault not theirs

you wouldnt ask the other rep who obviously sorted his section out for advice either

and before you say it again, no im not on crack just pointing out everything you have said yourself and dont seem to realise your need to carry the can for some of it

It might be that the rounds cannot be completed because they are not getting out early enough. If the indoor work is not being completed on time this may be because the traffic is not being properly recorded or because the IWT is not being used correctly or the bsi is set at an unrealistic level for your office.

Unless you actually are responsible for the A+, then it is virtually impossible to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
Are all the conversions correctly recorded? Are all the internal/external measurements accurate?

As the rep you have to trust other people are doing their job correctly.
Unfortunately sometimes people above you have a separate agenda and your concerns aren't always listened to until it all goes tits up........and then it is your fault.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

They didn't have a rep.

The guy who planned it has moved onto pastures new and wanted it to look like a raging success so he made the jobs smaller, and manageable.

In the eyes of rm he's a hero see, this planner.

Oddly enough no one has seen him since.
