As far as i understood Mrs Lieghton is on the board for Manpower (makes sense why RM can only use them)It has also been suggested his wife is a non exec director - well if she is I have been unable to find a link.
also on RM Board someone has a major interest in Cartwrights (the firm that make the Double Deck Trailers) I know that there was that appointment last month of some guy from TNT/DHL or something to the RM board.
If we could prove all the links and bombed it out to the press they'd have a field day.
