These idiots don't only make a rod for their own backs but for everyone else's too. I am all for give and take, putting in extra effort when required, but it needs to be a sustainable average work rate that all employees can achieve with due regard to their own health and welfare. The problem is that the business doesn't really appreciate loyalty or commitment any more and once you go the extra mile that's it... 100Bs this week, 110Bs next.

Believe it or not we have somebody who went in on their day off to prep D2D for the next day!

I have got one who regularly does this!
I have told him he's an idiot.
I really can't understand the mentality of the person concerned because he is outspoken
against all things affecting us but selfishly goes against all principles, which is the very thing that underpins,
what we as reps, try to protect.

If you have got to go into work on your day off to work?????? Then you have got to get a life because obviously something is lacking at home, saddo.
