As in life, keep ya head down, speak up when needed or you feel intimidated, just don't say anything incriminating, offensive, slanderous or illegal. Then they cannot touch you. We live in a Kingdom of free speech and as long as you use your common sense and fo,llow the 'rules' as they laid out.. then keep up the struggle.
I for one hope they are watching, I deep down truly believe they are. It let's them know that we are on to them and their ways and we won;t let them get away with it They watch and listen to 'banter' in work all the time and join in , but then use it against us. Remember, there are rats in every cellar and like the old X-Files adage says .."Trust No One"
