Stage 1 issued despite being in hospital

I am staggered that anyone who had to go into hospital for an operation is welcomed back with a stage warning. Totally unacceptable. There really are some shocking managers in this company.

As for the individual who had the misfortune to develop cancer, the insult is beyond comprehension. The Royal Mail should be in court for even thinking of it, let alone applying it.

Every good wish to both people I have mentioned. I hope life in general will be kind to you and your loved ones in the future.
