That is the scenario zx, they are shown as delivered but not as received in the DO and I am 100% certain that they are NOT being missed on receipt at the DO. The system of receipt is really fail-safe there has been so many checks and balances applied and yet it is failing and we are all at a loss as to the cause; we are about to change the equipment but if it was that it would happen more frequently I am sure and the PDA is checked to make it has downloaded. :hmmmm stumped at the mo.
check the delivered times, they are not the time it was recieved in the office by chance? bet you who ever is scanning them in has it on outdoor delivered or something like that rather than indoor ready for delivery and thats why its showing as being delivered, what is your returned to callers office scans like because if they are 100% all the time then that will tell you the scanner being used indoors is working
:hmmmm Well the callers office PDA is not used for receiving in we have different ones because the locker is still scanning the tracked items when the callers opens at 0700. We have checked and double checked that the PDA is set to Ready for Delivery on Inward Sorting. The one thing we cannot check at the moment due to a manager being off is what our daily total should be, which we used to do until the numbers increased. I'm hoping that they are going to be able to get access that Monday.
