How can you deliver mail to people who don't have a permanent address, it's like giving mail away to strangers, how do you know which letter is for who, I mean are all the caravans numbered?

Surely you need a fixed address and that is the farmhouse otherwise the chance of fraud is very high.

Explain this to your DOM, it's a good argument and it makes sense for security reasons.

That's a good point, I don't know how they get their benefits.

I thought benefits were paid directly into a bank accounts these days.
