Yes of course you can. I did see the LTB but I was wondering had things moved on by the PEC and RM. Has WCM been agreed now.

Ah so! Though I didn't realise it was about H&S, nothing in the title gives that away - unless the senility is back.

It's not ALL about safety, it forms part of it.

As far as WCM being agreed, it hasn't. Talks are ongoing, but the general feeling is that it is a given, compounded by LTB 518/12, where the following is stated:

Discussions will be taking place with Royal Mail in relation to consultative
arrangements, Health and Safety Committees and interfaces etc in relation
to the effective deployment of the CWU Health and Safety Representation
and Consultation National Agreement 1997, the Business Transformation
2010 and Beyond Agreement and the new 2012 World Class Mail Agreement
Section 5 (Safety) once finalised and promulgated.

At the moment the union is playing catch up, trying to exercise damage control over what has already happened, and the only way to find out what has happened is the ask the managers involved.
