Where's Guildford hub?
It's just up the road from here but I've never heard of it.

The thing is at Woking we have no reps.
We have an area rep here who is a distribution rep, there is no one representing the indoor staff as the indoor staff are actually part of Royal mail letters.

As far as the CWU goes we don't really have any true indoor representation, it's a bit of a worry and I am not sure of the best way to deal with it.
The indoor staff here are very cynical when it comes to the union and very few members of staff are union members.

I can see this place shutting with out any challenges from the union at all.

Maybe I should become a rep to help us through this closure but I am sure I will be accused of only becoming a rep to look after myself and get myself a good job.

It's not an easy situation here with very little CWU representation at all and I am not sure what the best course of action is to follow.
