Managers are not allowed to just keep sending people back to ATOS until they get a report their happy with.

I am sorry to say this is exactley what my dom is trying to do, he does not like what atos has agreed with myself and keeps trying to make me do more out on delivery and if I don't do the extra, threatens me with now going straight to HR to say that I am unable to complete a delivery in the 3hrs that i am suppose to do even though the extra they have given me take me over the 3hrs by almost 45 mins sometimes,
he confirmed it in a letter last week, been off annual leave this week so wrote a letter of to the area rep, it seems to me that IHR is the easiest route out instead of making a reasonable adjustment to an existing duty
I have been fighting this for over a year
