managers have been out till 8 in the evening delivering cut offs. even the DSM, they are getting managers in from all over the region to avoid reporting a failure of the uso

these managers are not even being allowed to book overtime

it is a serious no, no to report a uso failure

If my cover goes over on my day off , I find bags full when I go in next day and the lm just says take it today but do it first ffs. How sh!te is that? Not our fault but we have to work harder to get rid of it all. :mad

I think you might find those managers are claiming ot ours regularly travels all about the country to help out at these dig outs, he doesn't hide the fact about the amount of docket he claims, sometimes he only gets toil but he says he would do it for that anyway, oh and magic figure is 300 items its not an "issue" if less than 300 items are failing in an office

The only serious no,no is not to report a uso failure.
That can get you sacked.
Anything else can be made to disappear with the magic words...operational difficulties....or intransigent staff...or even militant union......although that one might be clutching at straws. :roll:
