it is a serious no, no to report a uso failure

If my cover goes over on my day off , I find bags full when I go in next day and the lm just says take it today but do it first ffs. How sh!te is that? Not our fault but we have to work harder to get rid of it all. 
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

Anything else can be made to disappear with the magic words...operational difficulties....or intransigent staff...or even militant union......although that one might be clutching at straws.
