management strategy in a competitive industry
Allan, we are in a competitive industry with companies trying to poach our customers, obviously to compete
it would be to our advantage to employ loyal, motivated staff without a, 'them and us' attitude towards management.
As it is 2007 and we live in a liberal democracy we will work together as one team to achieve success, because we
do not live in a dictatorship and we will get more from our staff if we listen to their concerns, perhaps compromise
in the short term on certain issues because our staff are important to us and we will not succeed in our business plan
if we totally alienate them. Perhaps meaningful discussions and agreement with the CWU which is the body that
represents our staff, your comments would be appreciated, Adam xxx.
