packets,packets and more packets

we had a count of eighty packets last week...... we had ten yorks worth, hardly eighty packets worth, the counts being done manually will never be right, there's no incentive for the people to get the count right, do not know the solution though.

I've been getting 1 bag more than normal, which is a lot for the round I've been doing. Lots of packets of plants too which dont quite fit through the letterboxes!

totally agree with everyone saying pkts have gone thru the roof....but its not just we take more pkts out, we're also bringing lots back (notice lefts)...as no=one is in the times we're delivering now..
i think we had about 20 notice lefts today, thats about 30 mins time wasted righting cards out..using the pda is slower too...
its just crazy now..morale as at all time low,, even our cleaner says its so quiet now,,no atmosphere....like a working in a bloody siberian slave camp!!!!!!!!!!!

School holidays too. Had a few very harassed looking parents delighted to receive a pile of games/dvds to entertain the weans.
