i did have a hearing which was supposed to go ahead soon, but it will now not go ahead as I will be paid all monies that are owed to me

if anybody is still waiting:

a/ fill in an et1 form
b/ if you have, and are still waiting for an answer, donot give up, donot accept the first offer that is put to you, hold your fire and say that you will go ahead with the claim unless you get everything you are owed. thats what i did, and it worked

good luck to all the people that have put in a claim against angard. it may take time, but like i say, stick to it, and you will come out on top in the end
Well done. :Applause

Just wonder how many others gave up.

this is the very last update on this. the money got paid into my account early yesterday morning. and to think i was tempted to accept the first offer that came to me (thank god i didnot). this just shows that i was correct all along. angard tried to wriggle out of giving me what i was owed, but i ploughed along, and in the end, was vindicated in doing so :nana
