Actually got through on the 0845 number and spoke with a guy called milan who told me he didn't work for angard but was an employee of an overflow company for angard. Didn't have any of my details, only offered to e-mail the payroll dept which I have already done. I asked him for the name of a director of angard so that my solicitor could send a letter to the correct person and was put on hold for 10 minutes before he got back to me, surprise surprise he couldn't/wouldn't give me a name. Direct debits won't go out now so will be charged by the bank, thoroughly peed off

it might be an idea to work out how many days you have worked plus how many hours and the rate you were on ppl.

net deductions of 199.97 on my second payslip means they have still to recoup £150 from the £350 they payed me on the first week.

but then what did i actually earn on the first week,it has to be over £150 so i shoudn't owe them anything......confused.......you will be !!!!!

I've come to the realisation I'm never going to work out what I'm owed, until I get payslips for all the weeks I worked. I think I know roughly - I've kept meticulous notes of what hours I worked, if there was any problems with signing out, if I had to write my name because the sign-in list was missing, etc.

My housemate thinks (she works in accounts), that what Angard have done is set all staff up as 1p just to get them on the payroll system, and then they should adjust it depending on the number of hours the employee does each week, so they get paid the right amount (what they do with temp staff where she works). I can only assume Angard haven't got around to doing the adjustment process for all (most) staff yet.

No! I finished on Thursday, 22nd December, & they owe me nearly £300 + holiday pay. I decided to wait until today to see if any money was paid into my account. Ofcourse not! So I am now going to have to contact them. Wish me luck!!!

Another tactic may be to complete the ET1 form and take them to Employment Tribunal in an effort to recover money owed.

sounds plausible mate, i just want this to be sorted out once and for all,iam working at the chelmsford mail centre, and they are still asking us to work extra shifts,so this problem will be ongoing for me for another week at least......it sucks :pray
