It they try to put it into place then they would need to put hours in as you would have to cut off to start a collection as afaik all collections are timed. If the DOMs didn't allow you to cut off then they would get a bollocking from whoever higher up for causing collections to fail.

Well I know where I work there are part-timers what just work Saturday's and they are fine with that as it suits them. I think if u r a part-timer just keep asking the question about going full time and u might get lucky.
