Well perhaps Moya knows something the union haven't told us yet, like what the revelations are going to be mid January from the "Team at Broadway" once everything has been weighed up, measured and decided that we must go ahead anyway.fishtank wrote:It feels like RM are stringing the union along.
While they talk and talk the changes go on and on.
While the union is telling us to put the brakes on everything Moya is telling us that the New Year will bring a new dawn and everything will change.
It could be funny but it isn't.

Re: LTB BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION : UPDATE ON NATIONAL TALKS
'Localism' is the enemy. We do not have a National BT2010, we have regional variations, dependant on regional managers who have their own bonus based priorities, to constantly cut spending by any means.
We will get the settlement we deserve - If your CWU Rep fights for what is due under BT2010 we'll get , if we don't fight we won't.
In my experience the Outdoor Department do act on local reports from reps and are more than willing to support reps in holding a national position.
We'll see what the New Year brings.......
