Maybe the guys stones are a joke. But so is Royal Mail.
I will give him his due in the article is a picture showing us how to do the job. Nice of him, pity it shows he does not understand the job. :left: :left:

Don Booth shows how post could be delivered to his home - avoiding the footpath
I wouldn't have paid £65 for that pair of running shoes, but must admit that running four-mile round trips to Holmfirth Post Office on a daily basis might be a bit much for a 61 year old.

You can refuse to do anything if you don't feel it is safe.

Yes guv, I made an on site risk assessment and thought it look hazardous.

Last year during the bad snow I self assessed addresses on my duty and did not deliver, endorsed the mail "Snow and Ice Hazard" and delivered when next able. Never had any come back from Royal Mail or the customers.

My god, I've been screwing myself and my manager has.. That is nothing compared to some of the houses I deliver to, even when it snowed last winter and I made a point about mentioning a lethally slippy driveway I was just told to "take it easy and be careful" - I did of course self endorse on numerous occasions as it was a f***ing joke triyng to deliver!

Then you tell your manager to go take it easy and be careful on that driveway then because you won't be walking down it lol
