No security passes at Bathgate Outhouse

My trip to the depot was in vain again. Attempts at phoning Anguard were made unsuccessfully.

Received call from the same lady, I didn't have my security checks passed which is consistent with my account status. Unfortunately she didn't have that information as she was working from a mobile phone.

However I was told I'll get an email confirming my start dates once the security checks are processed.

A total farce. Turned up TWICE at 6.00am and turned away. My interview was 5 weeks ago and last Thurs I got a phone call from someone saying my security check was fine and report Tues at 6.00. Actually spoke to a pleasant lady at Angard today who would email 'the Xmas Team' to contact me. Guess they must ALL be in Winter hibernation as no word yet. I turned down another Xmas job I was offered on Monday. Now tired with pointless 6.00am trips, out of pocket and demoralised. Temps often don't get very well treated, but these people take to a new (low) level !
