world class mail is the biggest load of junk i've ever heard,i told the clot who's in charge of our office that 10 years ago we could post a letter in inverness at 6 pm at night and it would get delivered in portsmouth by 9.30 the next day that was world class mail,
it seems that the current people running royal mail listen to any old crap and decide this is for us,result is a shambles as usual.
