BTW our of 40 duties we can only have 2 off otherwise the whole office grinds to a halt (just like this week when there was 3 off and all hell has broken loose).

i have heard on the grape vine that royal mail will be stopping all leave from xmas eve to new years eve from 2012
comments on this people but it is unconfirmed
When we picked this years leave we were told we were'nt alllowed to book the week between xmas & new year. I've had that week off for the past 7 years so was gutted.

similar thing happening at my office manager put block on holidays since about sept unless all ready booked operational needs, going to come back and bite him on the arse when leave allowed as lots of people still have leave unbooked
