I have a feeling that is why the early shift is having problems too, and that some people are power hungry in an effort to further their careers at the expense of others!evilc wrote:
At a guess the shift managers, in addition to that all is not well on nights some wgm's think they are better than others.!!!

Weekend Friday to Tuesday Shift
I have heard that everyone on this shift has been asked if they wish to volunteer for Monday to Friday. Unsurprisingly no one would appears to have agreed, this is a good thing at least when they force upon us the MTSF Agreement will protect our Sunday Premiums.

Too right to, do not consider moving till you have to for the precise reason you mention, and while u r at it make sure those who r not cwu members know that they would not get it if there was no cwu. But I am sure there will be some who claim to be company men who will move and blame everyone including the cwu for not telling them their rights, well 2 make sure of your rights join the cwu.MDEC101 wrote:I have heard that everyone on this shift has been asked if they wish to volunteer for Monday to Friday.
