royal mail still pay you when off sick, not many companies do that nowadays.
you can have 13 days off sick in a year and have a clean stage record, what more do you want?

Doctor prescribed co-codamol 30/500*100 these def help numb the pain.

Fair and reasonable treatment. Specifically:
1) If someone has a genuine illness/injury, and is unfit for work. They should be allowed to recover, without constant mythering from the Managers.
2) If it's an AOD, they should not only be allowed to recover without mythering. But they should also not face a Stage warning.

Is fair and decent treatment REALLY too much to ask?

Now obviously, there will always be a small minority of p**s takers, and I have no time for them. But I've seen far too many people, forced back to work too early. Which not only delays their recovery (making them suffer for longer than neccessary), but in some cases (particularly back injuries) can cause permanent damage! :hmmmm
