Cons........LWT..gaffers bullying, late getting out due to late finishing on IP thus late finishing on delivering..
Also loseing out on what Christmas tips I was hoping to get at the end of the year due to re-pick in the office.. :evil/mad

Pro's... Seeing work mates who took the piss in the job ( running/ early starts finishing early then they should ...EVEN earlier on Saturdays ) getting stressed out over little thing as there job has been changed :Boo hoo!

Customers on my round cant understand WHY 2 postie in the same street, :arrrghhh I told them there is a round that split 3 ways so if you drive down that street at the right time you will see 3 postmen delivering in the same street  .

IF IT'S NOT BROKE, WHY CHANGE IT..............

park&lopp came in our office last week just on 1 section. ( we have 3) what a shambles. mail be brought back to office, walks not even going out, 7am starts but the section doing the the park&loop asked to come in 1hr earlier on o.t cuz managment know it can't be achieved and still mail is brought back. surely this is wilfull delay ? joe publics mail not going out. can't believe what is going on worst i've ever seen at royal mail, someone with authority should stand up and stop all this before it all goes tits up. get the papers involved, get reporters at offices to see for thmselves as to whats going on.

2nd day of p&l went as follows: quite a light day but had to take half of the walk we brought bk yesterday as it was left in the office so that made it very heavy on one part, anyway me & my partner brought bk about half of one of the walks & it will still be there 2moz so god knows what we will be bringing back 2moz on a heavy day :arrrghhh we have not even had our pkt loop put on yet and we are missing 2 streets at the mo to! the jobs these planners give you are way way way to big for a trolley!

we had e resign about 6 weeks before p l come in it was farcical as ours was delayed because of various issues ,at the resign sadly some of the older senior posties took retirment rather than the choices they had

they may be leaving it up to you to decide on cutting off but they are choosing not to help you or giving you a choice, them not acting to help you is them willfully delaying mail not you the managers in our office have often willfully delayed mail.have they started to tell you to do ips as your mech turns up, something they agreed wouldnt happen and is not in the timing of the duty :arrrghhh

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
