Is there any explanation as to why it shouldn't be displayed on noticeboards?
How do you share the information with your members without also sharing it with the one who will run back and tell management everything? (Or is that just my DO?)

I print it off, i bring it into work and i pass it around all the Members. If Managers find out so what. I will be arguing all of the above with them and quoting from it so i can't see what the problem is.
Now looking at it as Fish said, I find it totally unacceptable that i am kept in the loop because I'm a Rep, but that the people who made me their Rep are left in the Dark. I don't agree with that, i don't except that and if Branch or HQ can't live with that then they will have to remove me from the Reps post. As i said before my Loyalty is for the people i Represent END OF.

...exactly and furthermore if this issue is currently not resolved and pending national talks then surely all revisions
should grind to halt until it has been resolved or does Bob Gibson want to retro-fit essential H&S?

It does clearly state all H&S should be in place before any revision is implemented in the agreement so I presume any Rep could
go to disagreement on that basis and cite the document above?......and for gods sake dont put it on the notice board or
everyone will know....
