Hmmm I will investigate further.Thank You. I remember some years ago part timers hours varied and the person with the biggest delivery ie most hours took the most senior place on the list.I also seem to remember on a tie breaker the marks on the entrance exam being used lol

you where offered FT... and i was catorgorically (sp) told that RM do not offer FT anymore.. this was after my maternity leave and i dropped to 30 ( temp) on 'family friendly'.. but was refused my FT back... i have mentioned this before and will prob mention it again,,, its my bug bear... ggrrr ! whinge over.. :)
