We've had about 5 new starters - their start time is 9 a.m. - the theory is that the round will be thrown off and be ready for delivery when they come in. At least that's the theory - the reality of course is much different. We have taken our eye off the ball here a bit and lost the initiative - but we have now gone into dispute and asked for a reality check.
