saturday what time does your DOM go home

Someone in our office emailed Moya Greene twice about the attendance procedure of them at our place. Things have gradually changed and they now stagger their starting times instead of having them all in at 6am - 2pm when rurals were out till 3pm, 1 now does 7am - 3pm.

Has anyone known a DOM or other depot manager to be "grassed up" to higher management levels for going home significantly early?
If so, any idea if disciplinary action was taken?

only see him for Two hours twice a week,as he always "helping out with bigger problems in a neighbouring office" or "at a managers cluster meeting".Only comes in if he`s been threatened from above to try and make savings in our D.O.Always goes where ever they want him to,to cover strike action.And never ever works on a saturday.Its great unless you have a problem that needs sorting as he never seems to get anything done when you ask him.

newly recruited managers tend to worry more about their staff, and dont leave until everyones back. managers been around for a while go about 10am

mine has to stay to busy doing the breakoffs every day

Never see our DOM on a Saturday, we have 5/6 LM's all but one goes home as soon as the last person has gone out on delivery.

ours are always away by 10am now, sometimes earlier if its really light.
