Anyone who's thinking of quitting the union had better make sure they have;
1. A spotless sick/disciplinary record
2. No disability
3. No intention of cutting off their delivery
There's going to be a few mail centre staff to be 'distributed', and not many vacancies (yet).

What difference does it make? During the last strikes in our office the only 3 people to go in were union members,one of which got help from the union rep in a disicplinary matter a short while after
