Re: Calling all Bognor Posties
Precisely, even the coming in early and it being on overtime, and finishing late and it being on overtime, shows that this is a nonesense.Work your time bring it back and let it pile up.Watch them squirm and wriggle to explain to the press and Public how great their "Modernisation" programme actually is.I say screw them, they caused the problem let them deliver it.No one should work a 10hr day plus,to get them out of the preverbial.

However i have hear rumours that most posites have been retuning at post 4pm at the office.
Can any bognor posties comment on how the revision has gone?
I can assure you that the word "success" would not be the word used by the postmen at Bognor to describe the park and loop system.

Not necessarily.gazzariah wrote:EXACTLBig Daz wrote:In plain english its costing RML money and provingt hat too many hours have been removed.Y
If the IPS has been changed and the frames have been changed, a certain amount of o/t would be normal after a revision to help with the "bedding in" period.
It simply means that the posties are not yet up to speed with the changes in the office.
If they changed your frame layout and expected you to be able to prep your frame at the "standard" rate, then you would complain.
They throw some hours at this to ease the transition and ...........
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: Calling all Bognor Posties
You'd have thought that the savings on NOT deploying Delivery Methods Revisions would have persuaded the mucky mucks that it was better to leave well enough alone. We had an increase of 18 vehicles, 63 PDAs, 18 Part Time staff and a number of more senior PT Staff made full time,2 CSS Machines and 4 staff on nights In truth I have no idea how much more it has cost but I know it hasn't made any savings, in fact a retarded monkey could have predicted the very same.......................unless of course it could be that is where the idea came from in the first place.Big Daz wrote:In plain english its costing RML money and provingt hat too many hours have been removed.
It belies the fact that the revisions were NOT to be driven by savings and yet..........................
