You have to be able to come up with idea's like stopping your full timers booking excess on IPS when working their day off, then walking round the office asking part timers to help do IPS and allowing them to book excess.

The mind boggles.

Have a degree in everything.

Know your town better than Google Maps and a Sat Nav.

Be able to say "I'll get back to you" in such a convincing manner it almost sounds believable

Expect people to know what they are doing for summer holidays in 2012 in November 2010
