We as a office did stick a grievance and petition to get rid of our dim, only about 40% of the office signed the others ( ones who moaned all the time) were "too" afraid to sign. It got to the stage, and this is a bit of an overlap with the why start early thread, that those who started early got finished, those who didn't went over and weren't allowed to claim ot. Same reply x can do it why can't you... I'm not paying it because etc etc. We did try the cut off game with one being suspended and I got a conduct code against me for performance issues or some nonsense like that. I suppose if you're office sticks together it would work. Mine had spineless sh***s.

You can't be conducted for performance as far as I can remember, performance is individual to do the job, everybody works at different speeds, I am surprised nobody has gone postal yet and attacked the bullying Managers, severely disabled or even killed one,
that would be a wake up call and a half, when somebody is pushed so far that they will snap.

It was easier to put it as performance as if I put it another way it would have pointed the finger to who I am. Technically it was a job related performance issue but wasn't if thatmakes sense.
