RM managers will bully you if you let them,play it by the book and you cant go wrong , they wont like it but there is nothing they can do.FACT as ive found out...

Please do share with everybody, what you do to prevent them from bullying you etc, so that the Crewe staff can read and use it to beat the bullies.

If you suspect that your manager is going to bully you or harrass you then whenever you speak to the
manager have a witness with you. If he/she asks to see you in their office, you take someone.
Never be alone with them as they feel they can say what they want to you and there is no one to witness it.
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
