Was told by a colleague that his brother who works at a much larger local office, was told this week via the union that the expected 1k colleague share was now going to be about half of the amount we were looking to get, as the other half was going to be used as some sort of payment into the pensions.
There were no further details on this, and attempts to contact our area rep on saturday got nowhere.
Just wondering if anyone else had heard anything, or is this likely to be yet another localised issue?
