Well, ours is full steam ahead... RM can't seem to implement it fast enough. Would love to see it all go on hold but can't see it myself.

yes i have heard that too unless you are in one of the office that has it allready then you have to get on with it and make park and loop work like us but they say that they are going to put in more hours to make it workable

our office has hade the revision for 7 weeks now under the 2010 agreement, p&l,,, we cannot cope any longer,, mail everywhere... no time for a break, no time to go to the toilet, rush, rush, rush all the time.. why are management torturing posties.. us......... management are breaking people to the point of no return............. please stop...........

Management aren't torturing you,you are doing it to yourselves!
Go for piss,even a dump,take your break,chill,just work your hrs.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Anyway this is strange news because the latest is Moya doesn't think the revisions are going fast enough.

And tbf the below doesn't sound right or is the DSM just plain stupid by letting the cat out of the bag and making RM look like mugs.
an email had been sent to all delivery managers saying all offices that have not gone live would be suspended till further notice due to the whole thing failing.

The problem isn't with park and loop, probably must people would agree its better because your not carrying too much mail at one time. The problem lies with the length of the walk, their are longer in timespan than..........the computer says!!!!

Hi,planners coming to or office to implement van sharing next week any advice on what way we should approach it now this has come to light personally we think it is a no-no because of the size of the walks. :crazy:

YOUR NOT REAL,,,,,,,,,,,POSTMAN COME TO MY OFFICE AND DO A WALK you will soon understand,,,, start at 6.30a.m 2 hours sorting only 3 people doing the work of 12 people on the ips, mail left everywhere in the office because it cannot be sorted. then prep a 1000 point delivery in 45 mins( impossible) and prep 4 lots of D2D items takes 2 hours, 3 rough bags full of packets... then do 10 redirections, then bundle up takes 35 mins,, then go out on a geo-route delivery that says it can be done in 4 hours.......... when it takes 5 25 mins to deliver.. thats not including a break, or going to the toilet,, and you tell me to chill...... you are so wrong my friend,,,,,,,,, so,, so ,,,,,,, wrong.. :pray :pray :pray
