i want to know when are the union going to step in and do something about it...?, the vast majority of us are been taken for a complete ride, everybody can see this so why is nothing being done...? i say...

Saturdays will be far better for customers, they'll get their mail at 3pm instead of 10am so anyone who fancies a lie-in won't be woken up.
