Leighton & co are a failure. Good management brings the workforce along with it. Good management explains the situation, be it good or bad, and works with the union. Sometimes letting the union have it's way, but explaining the outcome ( be it positive or negative) of actions taken. Leighton & co are not running RM, they are ransacking it. They are not interested in a successful company. Only their own personal success and bank balance.
