AFAIK no one, its seems to be a pick & choose agreement. They bought the D2D fiasco in pretty damn quick, since then anything thats seems to benefit us has been put on hold.gb93 wrote:Who is working a 39 hour week. Anyone ?

sorry, I'll qualify that statement. We're not being given any cut in time to accommodate the 1 hour reduction (they actually said that the hour could come of Tuesday).

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Ask for a transfer to the real Royal Mail, not the London variety - you won't need a wheelbarrowPOSTMAN wrote:DG,with regards to basically all your posts regarding your place, wtf are you guys doing there??![]()

We're not accepting it but we think they'll just force it through, not too much we can do at the moment but fight the proposals in whatever way we can.POSTMAN wrote:DG,with regards to basically all your posts regarding your place, wtf are you guys doing there??![]()

Hadn't voted in this yet till today, found out about some bollox from some twonk who's doing IWT stuff in my office and it seems our management are trying it on with 'figure out of the air' savings.
So mines a NO vote.

Re: POLL:Are RM honouring their side of the "Agreement"
To be honest I dont notice any difference in the way royal mail are going about making changes now as to how they were doing it before "the deal of the century" but they didnt say what century maybe they meant the 18th

Re: POLL:Are RM honouring their side of the "Agreement"
what are the union doing about offices that are doing the changes but not getting the money? it's a case of oh you'll get it but dont know when. I think local reps should learn from whats happend on here and say that the changes will start WHEN the workers have got the money. After all why should we start new working conditions before royal mail have honered any payments. It's alays been workers start first royal mail follow isnt it about time this was changed?
