I dunno what else they expect. There's all these rules regarding d2ds but newbies such as myself received all of 0 minutes worth of training on them. I suppose that fits in well with the 0 minutes of prep time we're given for them.krussel wrote:I "nest" mine and most do in my office. The doms just happy to get them done.

Nest 'em and throw as many off as I can in 15 mins each morning, usually amounts to more than 1/6th so I take 'em where I'm going, have them all done by Friday. Oh and book the excess prep time, so far been paid it no problems.

Bottom line is this:
Companies are not getting what they pay for if the majority of posties "nest" d2d's

I we didn't get round ones and other daft shaped ones, there would be slightly less need to put them inside the biggest one. Honestly, the other week I had them falling out all over the place. There should be standard sizes as well. A huge flimsy thing is just going to get ripped, and turn to mush if it sees a cloud.

I think everyone gives a toss when they first join RM , but then they get to understand what management really want. They don't give a toss !krussel wrote:Well that's true and i do give a toss but in an ideal world theres only so much iam willing to do for £8.50 phpostghost wrote:Bottom line is this:

They want to see an empty office every morning , regardless of how we do it or what we do with it.
They say you should weigh your bags, wear your Hi-Viz, wear your cycle helmets , but they don't really care whether you do it or not. They are just going through the motions. Doing what the higher management (senior idiots) say they have to do.
Just do enough to cover you own ass.
Bored now !!!
