i'm almost certain that it is whoever signed their contract first,as i started in oct '87 but didn't get my contract untill dec, age, d.o.b, surnames is just made up to suit office managment

Been a posty over 12 years but did not get a duty in the revision and are full time but part timers who have only worked a few years got duties........It stinks

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

from what i've been told in our office to goes on the who got the highest score in the postcode test thing while applying for the job as i started the same time as 4 people all older than me but im higher on the list could be all a load of lies tho which wont be anything new from our managers
