So far they have dragged this out for 4 months, Now i'm sure that won't look to good to a tribunal that Royal mail are not sticking to the guidelines listed in their grievance charter.

I really just want it to be finished soon though so i can just get on or get out.
Royal Mail have 28 days to complete the 3 stages of your grievance,if after 28 days the three stages have not been completed you can go straight to an industrial tribunal.

been informed today that the 3rd stage will be dealt with by Gateway,
any ideas who they are ? thanks

They are based at Rugby,part of RM employee relations group,they appoint the stage 3 manager from a list of approved managers for your area.

The team set up in Rugby several years ago, after the case in Birmingham.
They supposed to deal with B&H complaints and grievances and take it away from a local level.

ah ok, thanks guys.

hopefully stage 3 will be less biased than the first 2 stages.
