Grow some balls, your doing extra for free, your managers are getting a bonus. Would you lapse the blokes walk next to you while he sits around doing nothing but getting the pay, no..so why do it for management.

almost laughable if it wasnt so stupid, we are doing absorbtion in our office, we are told we must do our pick up first which can be a quarter of a job, then if we run out of time we must cut off on our own walks, so much for customer service..

Any of you lot who absorb and have to cut off either the absorb part our your own walk have to say bollox,we aint doing it no more!!
If it's a regular thing the rep has to flag it to his ADR AND his DSM,stir some s**t ffs!
Mail is being delayed in the interest of savings!
