Talking of DSA - I've obviously took a bit more notice of what comes through "my" door since starting at RM. Noticing that (for starters anyway) a couple of banks (what me and the missus are in) use the "DSA line of delivery" - has there ever been a concerted "write in" whereby you ask your bank etc WHY they use DSA rather than Mailsort ? Power to the customers ...
