Our times chage by half hour next week. We are under revison now and ist hell for me but a nice change if you are in the reps clicky club. Rep is in with Dom so changes for his mates are easy. Mine? I do 27 hour week and will now have compact that into a 3 1/2 day week which means Sat finish at 13.30 to 1400 as a part time who at present finishes at about 11am. Nuffin I can do about it so i been told. My contarc staes 27 hours so if the want to pile it up in one go they can and this INHO deafetd the object fo part time work. I prefer to spread it over a week. One of my rounds has also had half another round put on it!!!!!!!!!!

Soke to rep yesterday and he's gonna look into it, he's not happy at all that the Union have not been involved, spoke of maybe slapping in a disagreement.

Area rep came in today and we put a disagreement in.

Hopefully we can stave it off until at least after Xmas.

Manager was none too pleased, he was saying it would go through right until the death today.

When asked if he'd be going home at 2.25 his answer was "I dont NEED to be here".
