Told today that office of 22 walks has to absorb 5 walks

Trust me you have no idea,the office i am based at has had this done already,your right when you come in your walk wont be bagged and tagged your come in to half your walk thrown off and less staff on the ips and your have stressed out managers running around like headless chickens and the ips will be running very late and by the time you get out on delivery you will not have time to do the job but they will expect you to stay out there while they go home,i would like to say its been fun but i asure you the office is a mess its embarrassing to work there.

8hrs ,sort ;prep ;deliver. Mail secure;no missorts;all paperwork completed;no shortcuts safety or security wise.
Any problems, that is what managers are paid to manage
